Donna Myers has been with Lindberg & Ripple for more than 15 years and is currently an Employee Benefits Account Executive. She is responsible for extensive financial analysis and carrier due diligence for Lindberg & Ripple's clients. She has expertise at strategically designing employee benefit plans in accordance with corporate and human resource policies.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Myers held positions at The Phoenix Companies, Inc. in its Group Claims, Group Policyholder Service, Field Office Management and Group Marketing divisions.
Ms. Myers is certified with leading industry organizations, including Fellow of the Life Office Management Institute (FLMI), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC). She has also served in several Board positions on the local chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), is a member of the Hartford Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP) and the International Federation of Employee Benefit Professionals (IFEBP).
Ms. Myers is an active participant in her community, including volunteering at her local church, Connecticut Children's Place and Habitat for Humanity. She resides in Windsor, Connecticut with her husband, Lawrence.
