As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Bob Lindberg oversees day-to-day operations and financial management of Lindberg & Ripple. Along with his brother Bill, he oversees Lindberg & Ripple's Employee Benefits division, providing employee benefit management services.
Mr. Lindberg has nearly 30 years of industry experience, including more than 20 at Lindberg & Ripple. Before joining the company, he spent seven years at Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, where he held positions in its Group Pension and Group Underwriting departments.
He is a member of Connecticut Benefit Brokers (CBB), Southern New England Chapter of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS), Hartford Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP), National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Professionals (IFEBP). Mr. Lindberg also carries the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
Mr. Lindberg is an active member of his community and supports the United Way, YMCA, local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, local youth sports, as well as his alma mata as alumni secretary. He resides in East Granby, Connecticut with his wife, Carol and four sons.
