Tara Meglin is a Client Service Representative with Lindberg & Ripple, Inc.'s Employee Benefits division. Her role is to directly support the company's producers and clients. As a liaison between the client and vendor, she assists with billing, claims, installation and administration of the group benefit policies. Her role is to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.
Most recently, Ms. Meglin was responsible for customer support at Oxford Health Plans where she served as a Team Leader, Future Leader and Customer Service Representative.
She is a member of the International Federation of Employee Benefit Professionals (IFEBP).
Ms. Meglin is an active member of her community and supports the United Way and American Cancer Society. She resides in East Hartford, Connecticut with her husband, Tom and their two children.
