Along with his brother Bob, he oversees the company's Employee Benefits division. Mr. Lindberg has extensive experience in designing and managing benefit programs for private employers. Mr. Lindberg is a member of several industry organizations, including the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), the Connecticut Benefit Brokers (CBB), Hartford Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP) and the International Federation of EE Benefit Professionals (IFEBP). He's also a designated Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). He's an active member of his community and volunteers at his church. Mr. Lindberg resides in Simsbury, Connecticut with his wife, Theresa and their three children.
